These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the organisation operating the hehe555 platform and the user. By accessing the hehe555 website, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind and are written in Bengali. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the hehe555 platform.

hehe555 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to the hehe555 website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all services provided through the platform. The associated Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines are also an integral part of these Terms.

1.2 Interpretation

Singular words in this document may also refer to the plural and vice versa, where the context requires. "You" or "user" refers to any person registered on the hehe555 platform. "Platform" refers to all digital services and offerings of hehe555.

hehe555 may request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended and any rewards earned being cancelled.

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on hehe555, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. The mobile number or email provided during registration must belong to you personally.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create and operate only one account on hehe555. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and account details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the hehe555 support team immediately. Sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Updating Your Information

If your registered details change (such as your mobile number or email), update them on the platform immediately or contact support. Any loss arising from failure to update your information is entirely the user's responsibility.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hehe555 is ৳500. Supported deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

When making a deposit, you may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled and subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, your account must have a sufficient verified balance. Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Payment Verification

hehe555 may request identity verification and additional documents for large withdrawals or unusual transactions. This is part of the platform's security measures and applies to protect all users.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on hehe555 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period, wagering requirements, and list of eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected (using multiple accounts or manipulation), the bonus will be cancelled.
• hehe555 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

hehe555's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver members receive 0.8%; and Gold members receive up to 1.2% cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on hehe555 are operated on the basis of fair and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

Each game has its own applicable rules. The rules and RTP (Return to Player) information for each game are available before playing. If any technical error occurs in a game result, hehe555 reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. hehe555 may change betting limits under specific circumstances.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds for each event may change up until the scheduled time. If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of placement will remain in effect. If an event is cancelled, the stake will be returned.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection, server downtime, or any other technical reason, hehe555 will make every effort to recover the correct result for that round. However, if full recovery is not possible, the bet stake will be returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hehe555 platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Fraudulent activity: attempting to manipulate game results, placing automated bets using software, or any form of hacking attempt.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Playing games on behalf of minors or allowing minors access to the platform.

8.1 Suspension by hehe555

hehe555 may suspend or cancel any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Instructions from a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. All ongoing bets and wagering requirements will be resolved before the account is closed. Any verified balance will be returned.

You also have the option to set your own limits or take a temporary break in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

9.1 Service Continuity

hehe555 is committed to providing the highest quality service; however, service may be disrupted in the following circumstances and hehe555 will not be held liable:

• Internet infrastructure failures or third-party service interruptions.
• Natural disasters, emergencies, or government directives.
• Temporary maintenance breaks to address security threats.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

If hehe555's liability arises for any reason, it will be limited at most to the amount of the specific transaction relating to the user in question. hehe555 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

hehe555 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Detailed rules regarding the collection, storage, and use of data are described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you also agree to that policy.

hehe555 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure. Your information is not sold to any third party; it may only be shared with parties necessary for service delivery and fraud prevention.

hehe555 reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance by email or through the platform for significant changes.
